Non-Physician - $400

Regular Rates (after 12/1/25):

Physician - $475

Non-Physician - $425

Registration Deadlines:

 Early Bird: December 1, 2025

 Regular: January 1, 2026

Cancellation: 

Refunds for Registration fee except for $50 administrative fee will be made before the regular deadline. After the regular deadline, registration fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the meeting; full fee will be refunded.
