Registration Fee: This fee includes all course materials, breaks and lunch.

NHMI Members and Early Birds (by August 31): $175

Non-Members (after August 31):$200

Student Registration: $100.

NOTE: Handouts for this meeting will be electronic ONLY. Registered attendees will be provided with a link to access handouts received from speakers.

Deadline: September 19, 2018.

Event date: September 29, 2018.

Cancellation: Refunds except for $25 administrative fee will be made before deadline. After deadline, fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the meeting; full fee will be refunded.

Confirmation: Confirmed registrants will receive notification by email, mail or fax.

Continuing Education: 

NH Musculoskeletal Institute (BOC AP# P966) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers. This program is eligible for a maximum of 6 EBP Category hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.

This program has been approved for six (6) CCUs by the Vermont Chapter of the APTA, a State of Vermont Office of Professional Regulation Approved Provider. PTs should only claim only those hours spent in the educational program and information provided should always be used within scope of practice and in accordance with State Practice Act.

NH Musculoskeletal Institute is accredited by the New Hampshire Medical Society Council on Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the essential areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the NH Musculoskeletal Institute. NH Musculoskeletal Institute designates this live activity for a maximum of 6 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)(TM). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of his/her participation in the activity.

Location: The Event Center,  2200 Southwood Dr, Nashua, NH 03063.

Dissection Lab: To help defray the cost of the specimen, a $25 fee will be charged to participants in this activity. The drawing to determine who will participate will take place on Tuesday, August 29. Winners will be notified immediately and asked to confirm participation and pay the additional fee. Should there be winners who are unable to participate, alternates will be drawn from among registrants until the workshop is full. (Important: Paying the membership fee does not guarantee a spot in the morning workshop.)
