Our 24th Annual Fall Symposium will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017, at SERESC in Bedford, NH.
Registration Fee: Full Day:$175 for NHMI Members and Early Birds (by August 15). $200 for non-members after August 15. This fee includes all course materials, breaks and lunch.
Half Day: $100 for NHMI Members and Early Birds (by August 15). $125 for non-members after August 15. This fee includes all course materials, breaks and lunch.

Cancellation: Refunds except for $25 administrative fee will be made before deadline. After deadline, fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the meeting; full fee will be refunded.

Continuing Education: NHMI (BOC AP#: P966) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers. This program is pending approval for a maximum of 6 Evidence Based Category CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours spent in the educational program.
This program is pending approval by: the Vermont Chapter of the APTA, a State of Vermont Office of Professional Regulation Approved Provider. PTs should only claim only those hours spent in the educational program and information provided should always be used within scope of practice and in accordance with State Practice Act.
NH Musculoskeletal Institute is accredited by the New Hampshire Medical Society Council on Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the essential areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the NH Musculoskeletal Institute. NH Musculoskeletal Institute designates this continuing medical educational activity for a maximum of 6 credit hours in Category 1 toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Dissection Lab: To help defray the cost of the specimen, a $25 fee will be charged to participants in this activity. The drawing to determine who will participate will take place on Tuesday, August 29. Winners will be notified immediately and asked to confirm participation and pay the additional fee. Should there be winners who are unable to participate, alternates will be drawn from among registrants until the workshop is full. (Important: Paying the membership fee does not guarantee a spot in the morning workshop.)
