Important Program Information
Registration Fee: $145 for NHMI Members.$165 for non-members.
This fee includes all course materials, breaks and lunch.
Deadline: August 29, 2008.
Event date: September 13, 2008.
Cancellation: Refunds except for $25 administrative fee will be made before deadline. After deadline, fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the meeting; full fee will be refunded.
Confirmation: Confirmed registrants will receive notification by email, mail or fax.
Continuing Education: Approved for 6 Category 1 CME. NHMI is a BOC  Approved Provider. This program has been reviewed and is approved for a maximum of six hours of clinical Category 1 CME credit by the PA Review Panel (acceptable for AMA credit). Attendees should claim only those hours actually spent participating in the CME activity. This program was planned in accordance with the AAPA's CME Standards for Live Programs and for Commercial Support of Live Programs.
Location: SERESC Professional Development Center, 29 Commerce Drive, Bedford, NH. Directions are available online and will be included in the registration confirmation.
Dissection lab: To help defray the cost of the specimen, a $25 fee will be charged to participants in this activity. The drawing to determine who will participate will take place on Tuesday, September 2. Winners will be notified immediately and asked to confirm participation and pay the additional fee. Should there be winners who are unable to participate, alternates will be drawn from among registrants until the workshop is full.
